La Gordita Cancellation Policy & Credit Card Details T&Cs

Due to the high level of no shows and last minute cancellations, we apologise, but our hand has been forced to take your credit card details.

Please be assured your card will not be charged unless you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice of your booking. In such cases, a €30 per person cancellation fee will be charged to your card.

This would also apply to a drop in numbers without 24 hours’ prior notice, that is a €30 per person fee will be charged to your card for those who did not show.

We apologise for this, but unfortunately we can no longer afford to bear this cost to our business or team.

By supplying your card details you are giving us permission to make these charges at our discretion in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

We hold reserved tables for 15mins after which we release as a no-show and your card will be charged.

Any booking made without a credit card secured will be considered an incomplete booking and will be cancelled.

Your card details are stored on our fully PCI DSS compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), integrated STRIPE account. No card details will be stored in an electronic format in an unsecure manner.
